Leírás

The Volga car was bought in 1989 in Hungary by my father, an employee of the USSR Embassy in the Hungarian People\'s Republic (you can still find a \"H\" sticker standing for “Hungary” on the rear window dated back to 1989). This is a 7-seat car. From 1989 to 1991, the car was registered and was driven in Hungary. In Budapest, at the overhaul base of the Southern Group of Forces of the Soviet Army in Hungary, a full anti-corrosion treatment of the bottom and arches was made, including the treatment of all internal cavities under pressure. This still ensures the absence of any rust and excellent condition of the bottom elements of the car. In the summer of 1991, the Volga car on its own power was driven to the Soviet Union. The car has never changed the owner, neither has ever been alienated or transferred to third parties. From 1991 to 2021, Volga has been stored in a heated dry garage. Until 2008, it was used for rare trips to the country in the Summer season from May to September by my grandparents. It has never been used in the Winter season. Volga has been driven mainly on the highway, it has never been a daily driver. The grandfather died in 2008, so from 2008 to 2016, the car was used by me occasionally only 2-3 times a year. I left Moscow in 2017, therefore the car was not used between 2017 and 2021 and just stayed in the garage. In July 2021, my father (the owner) and me deregistered the car in Russia (Moscow), got the transit plates, and came to Hungary (Budapest) by car on its own power, not on the car transporter! The Moscow-Budapest path ran through Belorussia, Poland, Cheh Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary and was 2800 km in total. This is perfect evidence of the excellent technical condition of this 32-year-old car! The car can go to any place in the EU on its own power, you will not need a tow truck if you buy it! The condition of the engine and suspension is perfect; the interior and the seats are in excellent condition as well, the seats always had covers on them (removed for sale, but I will provide them to the buyer). Everything works as it should: fog lights, automatic antenna, fan, heating, radio, lights. This is an export version of GAZ-2412, it has fog lights, chrome mirrors, and a chrome radiator grille. The painting of the body is original, the car has never been repainted except for the front left fender (repainted in 2006). The fender is original though and has not been changed. This car model is very rare. In total, less than 19300 were produced of the restyled version of the station wagon (2412, 2413, 2414). The chassis number of the car is 54026, that is, this is one of the last GAZ-24 station wagons produced! The car is in almost factory condition, including the original tires. In August 2020, Volga successfully participated in Szödliget Oldtimer Car and Motorcycle Show; there was a lot of interest from visitors to this car! I have many spare parts for the car, which I am ready to offer along with the car: distributor, relay control, commutator, water pump, air and oil filters, brake cylinders, seat covers, door seals, and much more. I am very sorry to sell this car, which our family has owned for 32 years. The owner is 73 years old and does not drive anymore. I am a University Professor in Budapest and do not consider myself able to further maintain this car in such an excellent state as it is now. Feel free to call me on the phone or write a text message on Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram messengers. I speak English, Hungarian and Russian. YouTube video of the car exterior (August 2021): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qlLvBFcY9g At the present moment, the car is fully cleared by customs and can be registered in any of the EU countries.
